yes it is craft foam 2or 3mm i use a leather punch about 1/4 " in diameter.the othres are foam spiders.fold sheet of craft foam and put a paper hole puncher just so you leve a little hinge of foam to keep the two circles attached.think paper dolls that are attached by the arms

Hi Jim. Are those black and yellow poppers sheets of craft foam glued together? How long and wide should I make my bluegill poppers bodies? I think they're about a quarter-inch. Did you cut those black ant-like bodies?
