Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Put my tying material up I thought till fall. I put up 4 or 5 left over jellyfishjigs and this is what happens without adult supervision.

Oh man,  Yes they did Dave!  My son and I went down to a private lake in Lake Forest, Calif. and just killed the Bluegill and hybrids with those great baits!  I have got to get the pics from my son and show you!  Thanks so much Dave!  Sorry I didn't thank you earlier.  I meant to, but time just flies by..

Thanks Jeff these are 1/32 oz with a #6 hooks and 1/16th which is the largest jigs I make and they have #4 hooks.

Holy cow!  You don't have arthritis in your hands do you..  These are great!  What do these jig heads weigh and what size are the hooks?  If I had to pick one color for my local big Bluegill lake, (Lake Perris) I would have to choose the bright green one.  Green has been a good color for me.
