See these fish come out of black water rivers Harald. Water isn't dirty it just gets very dark around coastal and low lying swamps...The fish just adapt to their surroundings. They get so dark at times you can't even see the ear flap on a big bluegill.....

My secret is block ice immediately for the fish you're going to keep. The gills remain blood red (indication of no stress) and the bodies firm up for easier handling to filet! All you need then is corn meal and peanut oil for one of nature's finest treats.
