I've always said that people here in the Windy State need to capitalize on this resource, and start putting up windmills. I know SOMEONE is, I keep seeing parts for HUGE electric turbine windmills coming through my town.

Greg's right on. As long as water isn't coming into the boat, the wind isn't a problem.

It blows around here. However, float tubers are not crazy enough to be out on the water with the boaters on day with wind exceeding 15mph. We don't want to visit Davy Jone's locker either because of the boats trying to run us over, mistaken us as choppy water, or capsize ourselves, and drink ourselves to become fishes.
