Vince-The 10' has been re employed when the lake is calm .When I only have a few hours it is less hassle than the trailored 14',when the parking lot is full by the lake clubhouse where the ramp is .Just last night I would of had to wait for several cars to finish loading after a party but I could get around them without a problem with my truck and toss the 10' in the bed ,bungy it up and take off.

Good going,John! I caught a lot of gills out of a 10' Sears flat bottom. It was light and easy for me to handle by myself. I use to haul it on my '72 VW Beetle. I bought it used for 20.00, and sold it quite a few years later for 25.00 with a life jacket and homemade anchor.  There are times i wish I still had that boat.

Doing what you have to do to catch fish......I'm going in the morning but it appears to be the coldest morning I've had since April.....Not sure how that will work but Full moon so I have to get out there a little while......

My report is incomplete ; the fish were caught at 5-10' levels. No baitfish being chased to the surface tonight which I was hoping for (that was plan A) Air  was a bit colder tonight ,moreso than the bait chasin' bite with spoons two nights ago. Plan B was row to the best structure on the lake I know ,a fallen oak tree near a channel .
