Do you love big bluegill?
Crappie Parade Rolls On......4/17/2020
After a short offering for bluegill with no takers I shifted over to the most active fish on the Albemarle right now....tidal crappie......Landed 37 and kept 19 for the pan, thought I had a limit but wound up one short....all good, still a nice mess for the pan.......

Thanks guys.........it's on fire in my region on seven different rivers that I've fished or have close contacts......the bluegill are resisting our cold nights and still haven't moved up yet........meantime the crappie are really piled in on shallow cover........been fishing solo the last month with all the Social Distancing guidelines, just thankful that Governor Cooper has supported common sense boating.......
