No john I haven't. I must have seen the same video cause it's on my list of things to do. Thread ants with a UV coating along with a couple foam ants.

The RBS didn't give them a chance to sink .hehheh  I'll report back after I get to use them again .The hooks might be a little heavy but hey, they work great .I have no complaints at all! Have you tried thread only for the bodies? I saw a video and the profile is excellent with threaded style .In fact that's the profile that I first used when I discovered RBS jumped all over them!

Hope they worked out for you john. Them were my 1st ants John and a little crud. John how did they float for you.

These are the Tabbert ants  that catch Red Breasted Sunfish for me . They work great ! Thanks again Dick .I'll be using them this year again!

Thanks John but I can't take the credit for naming this guy it's been around for awhile. Not my choice for an ant but apparently they catch fish since they are still around. I made these for a friend and hope they work for him I did change them up a little so they would take more of a beating.

Yea Jim I've seen it far be it for me to even see it let alone try to tie one. These were tied up for a friend I questioned him but that is what he wanted.

Look like winners to me!

I've been catching some stocked rainbow trout recently on the 1/200th oz Double G aka...Gronaw's Generic...tied on the Trout Magnet Mini head, untipped.
