Bless her little heart and lord knows Grandpa's got lots of hooks there. That's so neat Andy she sounds like a remarkable young lady and if Grandpa can't spare some hooks and I know he'd be more than happy to let me know.

Those look really good, Dick. I bet tipped with a waxie they would be deadly on gills and perch.

Yes David they are, they are called Loom Bands (GLOW IN THE DARK) from Jo Ann Fabrics. It was a pack of 500

I did shine a light on them and took then in a dark room and they did glow, goes to show how skeptical I am..

Mark thanks for the info I'll be checking it out. Got the powder paint ans elastic would be interested in beads, dubbing and some kind of hair in the glow in the dark. Thanks again.

Hi Dick found the vid on you tube I typed in baker's smelt camp and the one it is     hanging around the fishing hole-smelt fishing episode      ( Lloyd Metcalf)  he is using  glow jigs hope this answers your thoughts, I think it would catch any fish, check it out  Mark

Dick, they make glow thread and material, one of the guy's I know has a shop, and he used a glow fly he tied for smelts (RIVER run from salt water) he caught smelts when no one around him was catching anything, I watched a vid of him catching smelts. i'll look for  it Mark.
