Do you love big bluegill?
trout on a cold, windy day
40º - strong north wind - and some fool was fishing at the local lake with a fly rod this evening!
I even caught a few trout before my fingers go so cold I had to get back in the truck and crank the heater up!
Caught one small crappie, too. (put it back to grow)
It wasn't crowded for a change, though. LOL

Yes, they are stockers. Been tough to catch this year, the lake got really muddy (lot of rain) about the time they put them in. They are hungry now, and will hit about anything that is food or looks like food.
