Do you love big bluegill?

I filet many Fliers and they are tasty but these six to eight inch fish are great fried whole .......They come out crispy and tender.

Those Fliers look good, Jeffrey. My wife only likes small catfish on the bone. She says the taste better that way. So all catfish over about three quarters of a pound get released, unless someone I know wants some fillets.

I filet most Zach but my dear wife likes some whole ones every once in awhile so I take care of the one that takes care of me....after all she supports my fishing and I'm grateful......LOL
