Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Despite a sweltering heat wave that brought area surface temps as high as 93 degrees in the middle of the month.....we caught some quality gills and great crappie numbers......good times!

Thanks John.....yep.......with so much shallow water it heats up quickly and the heat wave was tough......fortunately it cools down quickly if you can get a shower or a cold front........I'm so glad we haven't seen a fish kill with these temps........looks like another cold front to begin August so I'm happy............
