Do you love big bluegill?

Only caught 6 gill's today and 4bass using #14 nymph to a #10grasshopper. Mainly got the fish with a #16 March Brown

Jeff Im guessing it can't be that bad on the fact some Gill's around here are on beds already seeing a few going to the side and kicking off gravel. Dick yea all the photo's you see of my all from my fly rod. Mostly all the flies I have are for trout but Gill's like's them more than trout it seem's. In Jersey I'am having the best luck with #16 March Brown (Dry Fly) and a #14/#16 pheasant tail Nymph. There actually picky.

Nice bull bluegill did you catch all on the flyrod. I have invest in something more than my rubber spiders. It will be better when I learn how to use the flyrod though.
