Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Wow what a difference it makes to have good lighting, I may even attempt to tie on some #12 hooks now.

DICKY that is a first rate looking tying area buddy.......WWWWWWWWWWWWWaay too neat though !!!The #12's are no problem for me but when ya go down to #16 and smaller like when I used to tie trout flys then I have a real problem and it's go nothing to do with lighting buddy......Us fellas with OLD EYES  Dick have problems then buddy......

Don't know Bill but it sure makes a big difference. I thought with my overhead lighting I would be fine till I got a small extra lighting goose neck lamp and that made a difference.  I figured bigger may be better here and I saw these lights on E-Bay 33.00 for both so I ordered them and what a difference that made. They take 100 watt bulbs so 200 watts of lighting made a big difference in my tying I can actually see things again.

Ha Ha Dick  it's gotta be way more than 10 years!!!!

I hear you on the fan vs. feathers.  When we were in OK, I had to have the fan off to tie flies/jigs.  Where we are right now, the fan is above and behind me a bit, so the air flow doesn't mess with the feathers.

I have an overhead fan with 3 lights  overhead also. Works well as long as I'm not tying feathers and have the fan on.

I use two lamps on my desk as well.  I also have the overhead lights on, and that has three bulbs.

Bill my area never looked so clean so I figured it was a good time to take the picture and the lights are a giant help like taking 10 years of age off these old eyes.

That's funny Dick, I have a two light setup as well and you will never regret it...Course my station looks like a disaster zone at the moment.
