I feel for you folks Jen....I saw a feature on Oklahoma's extreme weather yesterday and it looked brutal as you referenced....We have been extremely grateful for the east coast rains and hope you guys get some soon!

HEAT DOESN'T SEEM TO HAVE BOTHERED MY FISHING. MORNING AFTER THUNDERSTORMS FISHING WAS EXTREMELY TOUGH. 1-6"GILL 1 13-1/2" BASS WITH AN EXTREMELY BEAT UP TAIL. FROM MAKING BEDS OR BIG NORTHERN PIKE OR DOGFISH TRYING TO EAT IT?

It would be nice to have a heat index of 108. Our outdoor temps have been running 113-114 plus the heat index. We're at 30+ days over 100. And NO rain in sight!

I wish everyone that needed rain would get some Dilly...I've been reading alot about the fire danger in the drought stricken midwest as well.....The weather patterns can truly be cruel at times.....Good luck finding them deep.....

I wish we would get some up in NW Illinois.  The Rock River is down 3 feet.  I have a pond that is down 5 feet.  The corn looks terrible.  It has killed the fishing.  I had to by a hand held fishfinder so I can find the fish, because they are deep.  I am waiting inpatiently for it to come in.

We have gotten several heavy showers each of the last few nights...grass is green again.

You just hoping you can get it on the trailer before all hail breaks loose! Air temperature dropped some 20 degrees in just minutes when these clouds formed....Hope you get that rain you need Tony!
