THANKS JEFFREY and you made it all possible for me. I have llllllllllots of other supplies here to try and tie up .  I'll be back in the shop tonight and post some more pics soon of other experimentals for you. I'll send along a care package in the next couple days. DId you open your new box yet and if so did you like the looks of the Rasberry's?

Pink goes without saying but I really like the metallic flash to the others pictured....Nice ties Tooty!

Hm..looks like I have to do a lot of ordering in the near future. I can't find any good selection of tying materials without breaking into the piggy bank. Just plain nuts. Trout season is fast approaching. I need to get my arsenal loaded. Definitely use Dick's idea about making a trout's pellet fly..anyone tried that yet?

PPPPPPPPPPINK MARABOU is an item I now order Leo The Lion Heart! Jeffrey loves it and I'm getting a definate good feeling about it too! I get all my marabou and most supplies from Anglers WOrkshop out of Woodland Wa. Great people to deal with.

Silent Stingers = water explosion. Simple bugs, but ultra effective. I have something similar to bottom left and top right for my friends that went to the northern California water. Rather than olive green, I went with brown-white combo, and outline with red and yellow floss. Crazy underwater activities. I got to try that pink one though. Never seen any pink color marabou in the shops I'm at.

ZUG BUGS!!!!!!!!!!! I used to tie those years ago for trout and back then never thought of using pink till I met SIR JEFFREY ON HERE! Are those pics of the mentioned flies in your pic Greg?

Comment by Greg McWilliams on September 26, 2012 at 4:29pm

David I like the Pink also, I have ZUG-BUGS with pink wing cases and pink hackle!!!!! AND LITTLE PINK HEARTS, BLUEGILL think they are MAGICALLY DELICIOUS !!!!!!! :-)

THANKS GREG, and it's Sir Jeffreys idea. He loves pink and I'm starting to also. He must not be back from fishing yet or he had the box arrive today and is out testing again!!!!
There is one more possibility and that is the Gills Staged and ambush on him as he was trying to launch the red chariot , as he calls his boat!!! Instead of CUSTERS LAST STAND , it could be JEFFREYS LAST STAND !!!!!! SO MANY FLIES AND SO LITTLE TIME!!!! I can see him now out on the Tank beating the water to a froth with his long pole or an ultralight rig !
