Just find any lake with Coppernose Bluegill. Bigger the lake the better.

Never been to California, but seeing fish like these makes me wanna go tomorrow! I always said my first 2lb. er is going to get a special place on our wall. I am still looking for that one. 1lb 10oz is my personal best so far. My heart was in my throat on that one till it was safely in the net.
