20150817- … back in the kayak fishing the skinny water found temps in the mid 80’s with very few fish to target in the area… obviously they vacated and went deeper during this hot spell. Deeper edges found some crappie hitting the Jelly Jig about 12 in number all around the 10” mark…. Sloooowww bite!!!

this time of year;; i have to fish deep water to catch anything to slip stinker;; and ;; they want MEAT on a hook to !! without a tipping; of worm or cricket;; not many if any bites!! i usually have to fish;; 8 to 12 feet deep; to start;; then may have to go deeper to find descent size fish !!
