20150617-WIXOM LAKE Short Kayak Trip
2010617 – Wixom Lake… I was able to spend just over an hour tonight on the lake with the kayak… unable to find any concentrated schools of crappie just hit and miss crappie at structural locations including tight to fallen wood extending into five or more foot of water, edges of creek channels and tight against bridge components. Tough bite but it was nice to get out there.
Bonus 8 inch class Rock bass. No bluegills to be found.
Water temp was 73 degs, cloudy skies and wind light and variable from the south.
