HEY BRUCE AND JIM, HERE WE GO . Don't know were it originated but my Grandmother fixed this originally back in the days of my youth. Take a couple cans of any kind of corn, drain all the water off, cut up some green peppers if you have it and also some mushrooms some chopped onion, a little bacon doesn't hurt it much either. Usually use some bacon grease for the pan so stuff doesn't stick to it. Almost for got a dash of soy sauce for color also. Fry it till the corn starts to brown and it will become slightly chewey almost. Not exactly healthy but it's DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDELISIOUS BUDDYS. MAN SOME SEA SALT ON IT AND IT'S LIKE HEAVEN!!!!!!!! FRESH SWEET CORN IS THE BEST TO USE but it's all snowed under here now............
