John another trick is to microwave the pieces about 30 seconds, then freeze them, helps them stay on hook better.....nice fish

The trick I think is to slide the HD piece up the shank so the BG's will take the business part of the hook in .Otherwise you get stolen bait and no photo!

You got them DETAILS ! ..Ha Ha! First time in my life I ever fished lil' hot dog pieces, at least that I can recall. A Catfish vestige for me and Robert Horton set the idea in motion.
