LEO I GOT IT!!!!!! WE CAN GET THE CHINESE TO FUND OUR LITTLE " BROKE DOWN OLD GILL FANATIC CAMP" THEY fund everything else in this country !!!!! Start on that right away Leo before we are all to old to enjoy it !!!!!!
You know, that's what I'm thinking too. However, we got to establish a base there, that is, if the local government is willing. Hey, additional revenues.
THANKS LEO FOR THINKING OF US VETS AND ESTABLISHING A " GILL" SHANG RILA" FOR US OLD FARTS" You can stop looking for a location because I already know were it should be located.....
SIR JEFFREY'S BACK YARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOULDN'T THAT BE A HOOT , EEEEEEEEEEEEVERY MORNING when you wake up find Sir Jeffrey getting the Red Chariot ready and just say , WERE TO TODAY BOSS!!!!!!!!!
I hear you Dick. I hear you. If I inherit a massive amount of money (in my dream), A portion of that is to establish a designated locale for all of the vets, with the passion of fishing, to come together with all the generations in between, and enjoy the outdoors as they pass their knowledge and wisdom along the way. So much money out there being squandered corruptly, yet, imagine just 1% of that as a donation funding to bring the ones that protect this sovereign nation together to share the past, the presence, and the future together under one roof. A pipe dream, but a dream that can become reality.
For more than a decade, I gathered data from all over the nation, finding the proper location for this singular place to be established. I searched for the great minds for contact references to create the ultimate fishery for the enjoyment. Now, to search for the finance, and lots and lots of prayers.
Leo I hate to be the bearer of bad news but time flies by the first 20 years then it seems to creep and the closer you get to R day the longer it takes.
You guys are making me more and more eager to retire early, and run over there. Alas..13 years more to go.
LARRY THANKS FOR THE INSIGHT OF WHAT MAKES LARRY , LARRY!!!!!! YOU are to be commended for your charitable work and all ya gotta do is ask questions and someone has the answer usually. Can't wait to hear the old Resort Stories Larry and adventures on your home waters!
Can't get the fishing outta your head huh!!!!!! LLLLLLLLLLOL and that's the same thing I'm going through right now. I'm almost in HARD WATER WITH DRAWL NOW as Im not an ice fisherman , but look forward to the pics this winter of the hearty guys who are on here.........
CAN'T THINK OF ANYONE TO CARRY THE BANNER LEO BETTER THAN YOU BUDDY!
Larry by the way: I'll assume you are retired like me , or maybe just tired period! Since you have been retired do you find yourself thinking about the good ole days and wondering why we left it and it's values in the first place? Older I get the more I think about it....
