42 Degree WT .Saw two schools of small Yellow Perch circling the shallows by an inflow pipe .One small Male on a Dardevle 'Devle Dog' Yellow /Red 5 of Diamonds pattern.

Got this 10.5" Yellow Perch and had to keep it as it swallowed my hand made spinner rig and I wanted to get it back intact .Small portion but tasted good with sweet peppers and onions.

Several Whites hitting 3" baits

John when I fished in N.C they were small biggest about 10" same when I moved back up north and fished Lake Erie caught lots of white perch around 10" or 11". I have never seen any bigger than that.

Dick , how big have you seen them ?I would say the biggest I've seen in my small 65 acre home lake is maybe 12inches. This one from  the same lake is a prize to me..

It's a rarity I catch a 10.5" or bigger White Perch .This one slammed a 1" Minnow threaded on a #6 Aberdeen hook.

A 3" Bait for a 9" fish !
