I know someone who fishes down there and Trent is not his favorite. He like finding deep holes in Bachelor Creek. This is also no secret (exactly where his holes are is). There are other minor tribs a little west of New Bern. He says the shorter ones clear up faster after rains and some of the little ones have deep holes.
