Yeah Dick, looks like my open water fishing is coming to a close sooner than I expected.
Don't know about that but did hear you got a little snow.
Do any of you fish for big bluegill in Michigan's upper peninsula? Any information would be appreciated as this is where I am located.

I know we have some people from the Grand Rapid area's so hopefully you can get some help. Sorry although I do most my fishing in Mi. I'm not familiar with your area but sure there is some help out there for you. I do most my fishing in southeast Mi and love the clear water but with fishing clear water you have to make some sacrifices like stay low because if you can see them they can definitely see you and make as very little noise as possible.
Living in Michigan near Grand Rapids, need some good shore fishing spots!! Thanks
Larry sounds like one of my favorite lakes here in Branch County. Coldwater lake is a chain of lake 17 miles long with 7 lakes. Any kind of water you want is there. Its great lake with lots fish and many different ways to fish it.
Larry I live just outside Toledo and Ohio does have some lakes mostly in the central and southern part of the state. I do have lake Erie but that water is to big for me and my boat but I can look down the road and there is Michigan and Southern Michigan has many great lakes to fish. Most of the lakes are clear which makes them a little harder to fish but I love clear water you can see whats under you.
