Looking for info.

Would like some info on kayaks. I told myself never happen because your setting so low. Now I see they have done wonders with the seats so my interest is back somewhat. I would love to check into them as far as comfort which ones I should be looking at and maybe a propulsion system foot or small electric. Again Just looking for now with a couple back surgeries I want to look long and hard. Strictly for fishing.

The native is what I have several of my friends have
The commander, I would order the native.

@ Steve - I sure wish the Nucanoe was sold anywhere even close to me. The nearest source is the other side of the state.

One of your fellow Team Nucanoe members, Steve Ziomek, lives only a few miles from me. I've asked him if he knows where to find a used one, and he just chuckles. " They dont come up used very often," he said.

So now, I'm looking away from the NuCanoe, at two other hybrids -

a. Wilderness Systems Commander 120

b. Native Watercraft Ultimate 12

Only the Commander can be had in my area; the Ultimate is still an hour away and is special order only. I don't really want a SOT, so I'm gonna have to dig for this one.

That is a good sign Dink. I have not seen our eagles or opspreys out yet. Hope the warm spring weather will have them out soaring soon. What lake do you fish out there the most?

this week i saw that the 2 bald eagles where back flying around the lake so maybe it will not be long now for the bite to start

Still good to get out Dink, paddling, waiting for the water to warm up and see the new green leaves of spring. Hopefully coming soon. Really wanting to get out on the water this weekend. Wailting for the weather to clear and the wind to lay down.

I hope you get to go soon Patricia. It is always fun and relaxing to be out in clam waters, paddling and fishing along the way.

Anybody out there in their kayaks/canoes yet. The weather here is starting to warm a little. If all the stars line up correctly this weekend, might be able to go out. Hoping for no wind and or work!

Dwayne, I have a NuCanoe and love it. Have been paddling and fishing from this boat for over 2 years. It is the most comfortable paddling boat you will ever use. It loads out to ver 500lbs. so plenty of room for another person if you wish plus fishing gear. NuCanoe is coming out with a new model in January which is supposed to be a really good boat. Go online to NuCanoe.com, NuCanoe on facebook and some good information on YouTube @ NuCanoe. But like Rick stated, ALWAYS try before you buy. Not every boat is for every person
