Comment by jim cosgrove on August 2, 2012 at 8:16am: anyone one know what it is?the plastic prop and bead are attached to an elastic cord insibe the lure that pulls on a spring loaded plunger that i am guessing sucks water into the vents on either side of the head.i think it then pushes water out the tail where there is a hole.i think you pull hard on the lure pause and the lure proplels itself for a bit.water jet lure?
