The old Marhoff on the left is mint in the box in my estimation anyway . The plastic boxes these came in are the rarest of all cause the eventually broke from being dropped etc. The old card board boxes on the right were the norm ...

HERE'S a couple old Shakespeare Marhoff reels . Mr . Marhoff worked for Bill Shakespeare and invented the level wind mechanism still used on bait casters today.....

GOT THIS OLD WRIGHT & MC GILL , and thought maybe someone would like to see pics of it ......... made in late 50's or early 60's I think... Very nice shape and appears to be only used a few times , if that.
