Reverse Rigging for Senkos and Other Stick Worms

OK, guys... a number of members have asked about the reverse rigging for Senkos, Yum Dingers and similar style worms we used to fish on top of heavy algae and weed mats to get those explosive, blow-up strikes from quality bass during late summer. So, here are a few pics to show this simple adaption...just run the 'tapered' end of the worm in on the front of the off-set worm hook so it can glide over top of the slop easier than the blunt end.

Fish it on 20 to 30 lb Sonic Braid...work it like a scum-frog and inch it along on top of the There is still lots of hot weather bassing to do all over the map, so give it a shot at your local, weedy lake!

Way rather catch smallies. Have a roller damn on a local river that is very clean and the smallies always seem to be plentiful, not a bad place to catch some walleyes either. Like to catch walleyes for the yum factor.

Smallmouth Bass really put Largemouths to shame when it comes to fight and energy.  At least that is my opinion?  What do ya'll think?  Catch a 3 pound smallie or 5 pound largemouth?

I think I may have bass spawned in my pond. They look about 4" and dart in and out catching the minnows. They don't behave like bluegills at all. The parents are only 1 year old. Is that possible they are reproducing already?
