Do you love big bluegill?

Does anyone use this or something similar to it?  What should I look for?  Does a certain brand work better?

Any help is appreciated.

Chris , before you go buying  stuff you need to watch some    BBQ PIT BOYS  on youtube, let  me know when you have visited that site and we go from there.   LOFR

I bought a really cheap unit.  Honestly, the burner is decent for the money; I've never had an issue with it tipping.  I want to upgrade the pot, though, as the one that came with it is rather thin.

In all honesty, if you want a really good fryer, find a restaurant that's going out of business, and try to buy one of their fryers from them.  You'll have to have the Gas company put a commercial gas line in (not sure what kind of permits will be required for that.  If it's electric, you'll probably need a 220 or 440v line put in, an electrician can do that....

LOFR!!  love those cookers of yours buddy!!  ever think of getting some stainless pipe; and making a cooker?? works - fantastic!  never wears out!

Carl ,funny you should ask , I  have sheets of stainless steel in the garage right now . LOFR

Allen , ok now you mentioned Woks, I have a cast iron Wok  and couldn't be more pleased with it , but I am looking at building a plow disc  to fit on a single burner fish cooker , this will make me a portable wok, when I'm doing a shore lunch,  I wonder if I have a love affair with food  ? LOFR

hahahahha great minds think alike LOFR!!  all you need is a tig rig;; and some filler wire!!

Carl ,  My  Motto is  " Never Trust A Skinny Cook" I have been invited to cook ribs in the World BBQ Cookoff in Memphis in May but I won't go because it is the wrong direction of the Crappy Cabin , yall want good  ribs come see me at the Crappy  Cabin , it's more fun , and smallmouth fishing too .  LOFR

I am most definitely NOT a skinny cook!  I've been quoting that same line for years!

Hm..looks like I'm the odd man in the cooking world then..LOL

Leo , there are exceptions to every rule , keep cooking, Im sure you have a love affair with food too, you just might have a higher metabolism than the rest of us  fat a--es .  LOFR

Puahahahahahaah!! Used to have such a high metabolic rates. Now, I make sure to work my butt of to burn the weight I pack on. My family love eating, and my wife and I love cooking. We sure don't like to be out of shape, and are quite active.

Well  Leo , I would do anything to lose weight beside diet or exercise .    LOFR
