All preps completed….looking forward to taking my son-in-law on a birthday crappie fishing trip…..weather looks great with a high of 73..

Thanks Slip…….it was one of those spring trips you hope for……this was the only day Joe could go so you cross your fingers that the weather will let you go where you want and finally the fish need to cooperate and we were blessed……hope this finds you doing well Slip….I always watch your you tube channel and hope you have a great fishing year  in 2024…..thanks!

We had a great morning………had overcast early and finally some sunshine leaked through and turned the fish on in 60 degree surface temperatures…..caught 39 crappie, 10 largemouth up to 7 pounds,  Joe caught his first ever chain pickerel and 3 bluegill…
