This is my wife’s favorite way to eat panfish, in this case some medium gills and about ten line burner (8” East of Interstate 95 in North Carolina) black crappie…..self rising yellow corn meal dusting….peanut oil bath with a two minute float for added crispness…...# North Carolina Style….
