correction, world record is from old hickory lake.

yeah John but populations of walley and sauger dwindled some years and they stock to keep up with fishing.

the current world record walleye came from this lake in 1960.

Wow, that's always sad to me. I guess it's part of nature, but floating fish bother me.

yes they are native to Tennessee but also stocked.  its just been 101 these last weeks and TVA is pulling minimal water due to water levels being low.  this doesnt usually happen here though.

I am assuming the Walleyes were introduced and not Native, Is that so?
