Had the Taste for Some Gills…..
Thawed out some whole gills and my wife was very happy when we sat down to dinner tonight…..

Classic Southern Fried…….4/20/2022
I use fine yellow cornmeal with salt and pepper to taste….fry in peanut oil to your desired crispness……last fry is hush puppies…..cut fresh lemon and dust with Cajun seasoning, I like “Slap Ya’ Mama”……..enjoy!
