Does anyone have any special ways that they cook blue gill that they would like to share?

I use cornmeal cut with Andy's breading. mmmm.... (sorry)


The girlfriend likes batter so I'm trying something different this year. I'll update after they come out of the grease.
I just roll 'em in Italian-style bread crumbs and drop 'em into Crisco Bay.
