Favorite hook?

I love a #10 hook, either sproat or Limmerick bend. just good general do-all, do-everything hook for live bait and fly tying or harness making.

I stock some BIG circles in my tackleboxes as well, from when I was chasing big cats down in OK.  I think the biggest ones I have are Eagle Claw LazerSharp (L197?) Sea Circles in size 7/0.

Unfortunately, MI has some quirky laws about hook sizes and when/where you can use them.  I can't use a single-pointed hook with a gap larger than 1/2" IN STREAMS, except for two months in the summer.  It's an anti-snagging thing, as they're pretty gung-ho about no snagging for Salmon here.
