Was curious as to how long is the length of leaders do most of you gents use, and any difference in length between floating or sinking line ??

I  use  6 #  braid   sufix 832  lo-vis green    about  3 ft  to 4 ft long  on my 4 wt  fly line.  My average casting distance is about 30 ft.  Catch em in south Louisiana from May till Sept  rigged up like this using foam spiders and small poppers.

This spring going to try a new braid  4 #   sufix 832  ice  in ghost color.

Also  this  spring  going to try the  new  Sufix  nanobraid  (nanofilament braid)  in  2 #  test.

i thought i was the only one using braid as a leader.... lol

i too only use  basically 2 styles of flys on the fly rods all top water .... foam spiders and tiny poppers... the braid i find really keeps the flys floating.

Dont mind me asking, what brand/kind of braid are y'all using ??
