Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

we use this technique where you put a net on the bottom of the lake about 1-2 feet deep. then you hold the net as someone drops bread over it. in this case, i has a pair of 4-year-olds helping me. they were adorable. so anyway you drop the bread over the net, the fish swim over your net to get your bread and WHAM! you pull the net straight up out of the water. this method takes practice but it will all be worth it. I've gotten doubles and many huga fish this way. i did it at a beach where you're not a loud to fish. so i had to get my fishing fix somehow, and i knew this is where those big daddy's are.

have you guys ever done this?
it works great!

How do you go net fishing when you're not allowed to fish?
You tell everyone you're the lifeguard and the beach is closed and you all have to go home now!
you can go net fishing because it has no hooks. JUst a butterfly net
well...i've thought about doing this for a long time. never did it, but im going to try it sometime.
I tried this, but no fish would come over.
