Patience!...Bring 3 ultralight rods prerigged with spoons, plain hooks(live bait),jigs...and that flyrod...Let the games begin!
Persistance! Fish when you can, where you can, as often as you can, and take a kid or two!
Always take a kid
If ya can't find a kid, take an old man. Better yet, take a kid and his Grandpa.
ain;t nothing better then "PAW PAW I GOT ONE" kids, minnows, and a good camara
Great responses from a who's who of 'gill fisherman. Keep 'em coming!
get out there and see what works for you. try every thing
Fish worms, jigs and spoons from early spring through fall. Most importantly, hunt down quality bluegill waters.
Relax... your fishing!. Put a line in the water, flip it here and there. Enjoy the day.

Boogieman
Bigger lures, bigger fish! Throw Berkley Gulp and always have live bait with! Float'em in the evening!
Don't stop the boat until you see gills on the graph - then feed 'em crickets under a small slip-float.
flyfish poppers on beds in spring: fish 25ft by June-use spoons/jigs bits of worms- weed edges come fall.
