Do you love big bluegill?
Leech Lake Report
Hey i just wanted to say that for the past week, I have been camping at Leech Lake in northern minnesota. The fishing was incredible. After we got done catching walleyes, we went back into the shallow bays with reeds and weeds to catch some bluegills, perch, and try for some crappie. We caught 10 bluegill that were between 9.5 and 11 inches. We also, caught some very nice perch. Sadly, we only caught 1 crappie that was only 9.5 inches, but people were catching 15 inchers all week. I will post pics soon of these incredible bluegill.

Thawed out some whole gills and my wife was very happy when we sat down to dinner tonight…..
