Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

What are the best small artificials... spinners... out there... that are still readily available. Any success stories would be nice. I use natural bait all of the time along with tiny jigs but have never used a spinner type lure. Since joining the forum it's become quite apparent that I may be missing out on some exciting fishing... I'll try anything to catch Big Mama...

Any suggestions appreciated

Musky Mod has taught us all of the value of spoons, even tho the size/ weight of his favorite is hard to find (or not produced nowadays). While trout fishing recently a new friend gave me a legendary small spoon that I'd heard about for years, but found impossible to find -reputed to be the best trout spoon ever! It's a 1 1/2" slim piece of curved metal that appears to weigh about 1/20 oz. On my first cast ,to witness its amazing action and flutter, bluegills appeared out of nowhere to attack it! This one is produced by a small shop in the forest area of Pennsylvania -it's called a " NITI-1" by Pcolas lures in St Michael , PA . (phone 814 495-5007 ; nope, not even a website!)
Ok, ya gotta get us a pic ! Hmmnnn, not familiar with a St. Michael's in the forest. Where ? steve b
I'd love to at least see what it looks like. You know the "magic lure" always catches us fisherman
Hey guys, I'm not too handy with posting pics via computer, but found this Field& Stream forum where someone posted a photo of the Niti-1 ; http://www.fieldandstream.com/forums/fishing/trout-fishing/niti-tro...
