Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Cardell Barbarin asked if anyone skinned bluegill and I got to wondering - is that the same idea as skinning catfish?

This video was very helpful and answered my question thanks
Thanks David. My question may have been a little vague. I am trying to find out if anyone has skinned  and fried a whole bluegill just as you would a catfish
Yep, been Skinning mine for years. In fact I do not eat ANY fish with the Skin On! To me the skin gives a MUCK taste to the fish. This includes Salt Water and FreshWater fish. I guess everybody is different that's what makes life so exciting!!!!!!!
Hey Cardell - go check out those videos, here in the thread. It is pretty much the same, without nailing the brim to a tree. And because even large brim are small (does that make sense?) you dont have to do much more to them.
