Do you love big bluegill?
wrong Fish But Fun
went out for some gills friday and decided to take some minnows just in case. Caught 2 small gills and 40 crappie. . Everywhere you looked, crappie were chasing minnows. Used chartruse jig tipped with minnow, They liked it better with no sinker. Out of the forty, thirty eight were females with eggs.Where were the males? Dreaming of spawing is all I can think of.Looking for comments

If the gills are not hitting, I will take thsoe crappie any day. They are a ton of fun to catch on light tackle, and not to mention how great they are to eat. Proud you had a good trip.
