Tough Conditions Today in Coastal Carolina....5/3/2013
Strong winds gusting to 30 this afternoon but we managed to catch a few nice fish on the Pasquotank......Three Gills were over 10" this afternoon including this solid Coppernose.....

It was rough....best bet was to anchor or tie up.......high winds are brutal...you can fish comfortably up to 10-15 mph but over that gets tough to deal with, especially when it's shifting directions....

With the strong overhead wind, how did the boat fairs on the water behind all those foliage? Does the boat get pushed to the banks or you get some wind breaks?
