We'eve had similar conditions here in 2016 but fish can still be caught................7/23/2011 ended up as one of the hottest days of that year.......

That's a great haul with a crankbait! I usually only catch a few on a crankbait but don't have coppernose up here . Bluegill, Pseds and Hybrids in the lakes. I've caught a few Green SF in one lake I don't fish often and the Red Breasted Sunfish in the rivers . Fantastic Jeffrey! Now is that SKBitsy Minnow smaller than a Rebel Super R and bigger than a snap bean ? hose two cranks I'll throw for Gills. I got a BG on an 05 2" Rapala the other day . I just have not been on the Gill numbers in a long time .

I've had good luck recently with the Bitsy Minnow and other mini cranks up to the 2" length on panfish.

It's a chartreuse Bitsy Minnow John.......these fish were all caught on points in moving water.......crushing the cranks.....if one missed it another immediately tagged it.........
