Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Looking forward to Mom's cooking but always some fresh whole gills from the Tchefuncte River and fresh shrimp from Lake Ponchartrain......

Hot's not exactly the right word, but I suppose it's also hotter. I would describe wasabi as being more aromatic than white horseradish, perhaps. It really gets into your sinuses - and if it's really strong and fresh and everything goes just right, it can turn your vision orange for a couple seconds :-)

That's only happened to me in Japan, though, and not often. It's never happened with wasabi here. The packaged wasabi in Japan is noticeably stronger.

I think "potent" might be a better word.  Wasabi will definitely clear your sinuses.

If you really want to get your shrimp sauce rocking, try using Japanese green horseradish (wasabi). It's waaaaay stronger than the white kind :-)

I have to try mixig Tabasco and my favorite Horse radish .Like them both a lot!  Not big on the Ketchup part .

JB I make my own to. I use ketchup, horseradish, with a little A-1 steak sauce.
