Do you love big bluegill?

This is a 10" gill finally getting a little width caught on an ice fly I made last year the GOGGLE EYED DRAGON in pink.

Thanks Tooty I'm sure thats going to happen. I don't think there is 100 big gills in there since I've only been getting 35 to 50 at a wack from the fish farms. They do look better this year best year ever as far as growth but still have a long ways to go.

Thanks Ken it's an ongoing thing. I see some bigger fish from other ponds on the site and very well deserved I know it takes lots of time and sacrifices. Unfortunately I don't get to spend the time around the pond do to my circumstances but I am very pleased with the progress to date my best looking fish yet. I know I have high goals as most pond owners do that's what keeps us going not to mention it is fun especially when you can catch some quality fish as a reward. Next year will be better I'm sure.
