I hear you Bruce.....catching fish is important but just getting out in these places is very refreshing and a good way to recharge..

John, you could fish around the Albemarle Sound everyday for a month and not have to go to the same location twice......the estuary is granted alot of environmental protections and although it's a fragile balance', it's great to arrive in these locations, comes with alot of confidence when the area you fish look like this........

I took this shot for two reasons, give others perspective of the areas I fish and display the low water marks, you can see that a foot of these cypress trees is normally under water......but bluegill colonies like to stake their claim to these areas and build nests in the inner part making them easier to guard with the added boundaries of the trees.....
