Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

This boat left the Showroom in Florence, South Carolina 25 years ago today....Like me, she's a lot better than a new one because of her experience...She can probably take me to some of my honey holes without assistance. I plan on keeping her until my retirement then I'll go buy a new "office".....A many a Bluegill has passed the decks of this Old Ebbtide.....

Real nice rig. I'll snap a pic of my 82 Fisher next time the cover is off. Bought it from my father in law several years ago. I also own a 13'3" Boston Whaler I would like to restore some day.

I would say Jeffrey has taken very good care of the boat. Should get many more memories from it.

Another 4,000 gills and 1,200 Crappie this season and she's still going strong.....even took on some four foot seas in the Albemarle sound earlier this year during an unplanned event....Got wet but she drove on through to get us home safely.......

Thanks Guys....she's got some bumps and bruises and new upholstery will be going in next month for the third time....The southern summers work on the gel coats too but it's all good.....All in all it's a relatively inexpensive way to quickly access many of my scattered locations......I run upwards of 15 to 20 miles somedays searching for my little friends and it can get rather rough pretty quick out near the sound so I like having a little boat around me for those occasions also...Like many companies, Ebbtide now only makes big center consoles and other rangy craft so that's another reason to hang on to a good thing....

Lets face it, we should all look so good. Really nice, Jeff; obvious pride of ownership showing.

I wish I had an 'antique' boat that nice.
