No matter how many times I look at them they still amaze me.

Here's one of the best male vs. female Coppernose pictures on this site......Males start forming that distinct helmet head......

Let's see, Nebraska is how far away again?  If I leave now, don't stop for breakfast, or lunch, or bathroom breaks........ then again, I'll be at Big Cedar in October, what's an extra few days and a few hundred more miles matter when you're hunting for big Bluegills?

Seriously though, how awesome would it be to fish with other BBG members? When I think about all I could learn, and the fun I could have...... I would be honored to fish with anyone here, anytime.

We can definitely make that happen.  When can you get here?

I simply hate it when all of the 2-3 lb. BG I catch begin to blend together......winking

It's almost enough to make me want to take up Bass fishing.....

Almost.

Bruce, can I fish with you?

Comment by Bruce Condello on August 2, 2012 at 7:36pm

I think 3 pounds and 2 3/4.  I'll have to check.  Been fortunate enough to catch enough big blugill this year that they're blending together.
