Female for sure.  I guess it could still be holding eggs.  Kinda looked like it.  I wonder why in July it would still be gravid....but I did see male redears on the nest within the last week.

Just over 12 inches, and weighed 1-7.  Best body condition by far that I've ever caught.  Shoulda got an overhead shot to show the width.

About half the size of Fish Chris's fish, but my best all the same. :-)  The Hawkeye shirt is being worn because I knew I was going to be getting fish slime on me, and I had to choose a shirt that I could afford to damage. LOL.
